Supplement Showdown Terms & Conditions​

1. Eligibility

Who’s In?

• Open to U.S. residents aged 18+ at the time of entry.
• No existing supplement brand owners allowed (we want fresh ideas).
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family of V1Nutra or Rival Labs can’t enter.

2. How to Enter

Your Move

• Submit your entry via the official form by March 15, 2025, 11:59 PM EST.
• One entry per person—duplicates get tossed.
• Follow @V1Nutra and @RivalLabs on TikTok and Instagram (we’ll check).
• No purchase necessary to join the fight.

3. Entry Requirements

What We Need

• Full name, email, phone, social handles, and age verification (18+).
• Supplement concept: name, uniqueness, ingredients (if known), and target audience.
• Optional: Upload a mockup or video pitch (keep it clean, max 10MB).
• Incomplete or offensive entries get disqualified.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Idea, Our Rights

• By submitting, you grant V1Nutra and Rival Labs full rights to develop, produce, and market the winning supplement.
• All entries may be used for promotional purposes (social, web, etc.) with credit to you.
• You confirm your idea is original and doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights.

5. Judging & Winner Selection

The Showdown

• Top 3 finalists picked by V1Nutra and Rival Labs based on uniqueness, marketability, and ingredient potential.
• Final winner chosen via community votes and expert panel (Rival Labs, V1Nutra, and guests).
• Announced TBD after the live showdown. Decisions are final—no whining.

6. Prize Details

What You Win

• One-time production run of 100 units of your supplement by Rival Labs.
• Credit as the creator and a feature on our platforms.
• No cash alternative—production may be adjusted for feasibility or compliance.
• Winner notified via email within 5 days of announcement.

7. Your Responsibilities

Step Up

• Respond to winner notification within 48 hours or forfeit.
• Agree to minor formula tweaks by Rival Labs if needed (safety, legality, etc.).
• Cover any taxes or fees tied to the prize—it’s on you.

8. General Rules

Play Fair

• No cheating (bots, fake accounts, etc.)—we’ll disqualify you.
• We can cancel or modify the competition if things go sideways (fraud, tech issues, etc.).
• Follow all U.S. laws—void where prohibited.

9. Liability

Our Shield

• V1Nutra and Rival Labs aren’t liable for lost entries, tech glitches, or injuries from supplement use.
• You indemnify us against claims tied to your submission.

10. Privacy

Your Data

• We collect your info to run the competition and may use it for marketing (opt-out available).
• We won’t sell it—see our Privacy Policy for details.
